These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our mobile bartending services.
Services
Calypso Good Bar is an eco-friendly mobile bar service. We offer:
- Bartender staffing only
- Bartenders with mixers and garnishes
- Self-arrangement packages
Customers can book services as little as three days in advance, subject to availability.
Important:
- For private events, we do not provide alcoholic beverages.
- For public events, we may provide liquor only if we obtain temporary liquor permits and receive required documentation from the event organizer.
Booking & Payments
- After you submit a booking request, you will receive a pricing summary within 24 hours.
- To confirm your booking, a nonrefundable deposit of $75 is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least one day before the event date.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are nonrefundable.
- To cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Any additional refund eligibility (beyond the deposit) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
- Calypso Good Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
- Clients are responsible for complying with local alcohol laws at private events.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website belongs to Calypso Good Bar. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce it without our written permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on our website.
